Messaged them through Yelp and quickly got a message back. Scheduled an appointment on a Monday and got my roof fixed on Wednesday. They’re very nice professional and knowledgeable crew. Now I don’t have to worry about my leaking roof especially it comes with 30 years warranty.

Javier is AWESOME! The crew is AWESOME! I had a roof leak on January 5th, called Stay Dry and they showed up within two hours to cover my roof with a tarp (IN THE RAIN!). Their quick response minimized damage to the interior. Working with my insurance company has been a P.I.T.A, but Javier has been super helpful. Unfortunately, due to some heavy winds, the tarp tore/blew off and Javier returned to fix it – NO CHARGE! I appreciate Javier and Stay Dry for being a great company! I will call him in the future and definitely refer him to family and friends. Thank you!

I called Stay Dry Roofing, gave them my address, and Daniel came out to inspect and estimate the next day. He messaged me with a time window and showed up right on time. It sounds really simple, but not all contractors and roofers are that responsive and easy to work with.

I explained a leak that I was experiencing that I thought was from my flashing, but Daniel helped me use a hose to verify where exactly the leak was coming from. Daniel climbed on the roof to do a visual inspection and was very transparent and thorough. He explained that the issue was probably from missing stucco and not due to the roof itself since the roof was in pretty good shape.

Daniel was knowledgeable, honest, and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. He didn’t try to upsell me to a full roof replacement I didn’t need, instead he helped me find and fix my leak. I found Javier at Stay Dry Roofing on Instagram. I needed to discuss replacing the underlayment on my roof or completely replacing the roof. I sent him a message and he called me that same day and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. I asked him about replacing the roof and he immediately said we would save a lot of money by just pulling the existing cement tile and placing a new 50 year underlayment on the roof. He also said the attic would be much cooler, approximately 20 degrees versus using a new asphalt shingle. Well, I agreed with his plan and his quote was very competitive. His comments on the detailed work they provided sealed the deal.

Javier and his experienced team arrived one week later to begin the repair and replacement of the underlayment. I was out of town and he notified me later the first day to show me pictures and explain that he needed to replace a lot of the water damaged plywood sheeting. The complete job, which included painting the underside of the new shiplap material was completed in four days.
